Ray was amazing! He quickly diagnosed my issue and rectified it within seconds!!! I truly appreciate his honesty and professionalism as I had someone else who told me my fireplace didn’t work at all and it needed to be replaced! Thank you, Ray, thank you!!!!

Excellent service. Easy and convenient to book the appt and Ray was able to get to my house earlier than expected. He was very knowledgeable and fixed everything quickly and efficiently. Did some extra clean up work as well. I would highly recommend him and this company.

Excellent service. Ray is a true professional and did an excellent job. He came in with plenty of tools to ensure the gas pressure was good, and that there were no gas leaks. He checked the voltage on the electronic pilot, replaced some components, cleaned the fireplace and left the fireplace in great condition. He knows what he is doing and safety is his main concern. Great service!

My gas fireplace needed a full makeover last year and Ray did a superb job of making it look brand new and function better than before. But with my uncanny knack for goofing things up, this year I could only get the pilot light to turn on. Not the full flame. So I contacted Ray who carefully talked me through the process of finding the problem. He patiently waited while I followed each of the instructions. OMG. Within 10 minutes the flame was heating my house and problem was solved. Ray rescued me once again. He diagnosed the part needing attention and told me how to fix it. It was a step I was forgetting. Bottom line, he fixed it in no time. In his professional manner he kindly explained the process and now the fireplace is happy and warm. And so am I. I cannot thank Ray and Somri Home

Ray was incredible helpful. Reached out to him on Tuesday late evening and an hour later I had confirmation and he fit us in his busy schedule before the “big freeze”. My fireplace needed more work which I have him done to a later time. For now he got it working safely temporarily for a while. Thank you very much, Ray.
