iBuild is not accountable for products and services offered!!! Stay away from this company! Too many experts (supposedly) and no one knows how to run a business. I was referred to this company because of their price, but I really regret doing business with Build, especially with Steven, the President. I had a bad experience with President, Vice-president, wife of the president (secretary), installers, etc... everyone blames each other for the problems regarding the bad work they do. When I first selected the granite slab, I was thrilled to have that installed in my house kitchen; then, due to their inexperience in measuring the counters, they cut the slab short and I had to wait for another slab, which was totally different from the original (color and quality). Just started working with Matthew regarding cabinets and was excited to hear he offers fabrication for stone, as well as flooring options. He typically works with builders directly, but he did educate me on a couple different types of options of cabinets and the difference I’d get from him (glued cabinets on assembly making cabinets stronger, etc). Looking forward to the experience.

Poorly run company. Owner is terrible to deal with. He agreed to take a couple cabinets back for the correct sizes. It took him so long to respond that it was delaying my project so after discussing it with him got them from the distributor. When I returned the cabinets he changed his mind and refused to give me my money back. All of this is documented via email. Its been 6 months to a year and I've given him multiple chances to make it right so unfortunately i have to write this review to warn other consumers.

I have worked with Matt at SONA Interiors for years. Please note that Matt has branched off from the old IBuild. My experience with Matt, products, and service has always been superior. Any past reviews relating to iBuild do not apply to SONA!

Worked with Matt, who has branched away from iBuild. Fantastic experience! Was diligent, followed through with any questions or changes, and made sure I was 100% happy before completing the project. He was also completely reasonable on his pricing. A+
