Sono Spray Foam Insulation

Used these guys to perform a substantial Spray Foam Project in my home. Most of the interior walls of first floor, rim joist in basement, garage ceiling, attic and roof of my living room. The team does really good work. They clean up well and the quality of the spray foam is good. They just have horrible customer service experience. They're clean and efficient for the most part. My biggest concern with them is that I was told that I'd get fire retardant spray where needed (on my invoice) and it doesn't appear that any made it into my home. I even called a few months after my project to ask Jairo about where this work was to be done in my house and he said he'd look into it and never called back. They're also not connected with Energize CT so you can't use them for any rebates. A bit disap

After being disappointed by a previous spray foam installer that I had worked with to find they were no longer servicing my area. I searched on-line and found Sono Spray Foam. I called and spoke with Jairo Urena, the owner of Sono Spray Foam. He was immediately responsive and came to look at my job (same day within hours), which was not a huge job but was important to me and it needed to get done. Jairo gave me a reasonable price and told me he could do the job the next day. The next day he and his guys showed up as promised. They took great care to protect my home before they did any work. I needed help quickly as we found mold growing on our spray insulation in our attic and spoke to multiple vendors who all had crazy theories (and even crazier prices!) but the SoNo Spray Foam team came in and actually diagnose the problem and promptly came and fixed it (we simply had gaps in the existing insulation where air was coming in and mixing with the air already in the attic and causing mold). The team was not pushy but they were prompt (came same day I called them) and gave me a clear and detailed explanation of the issue and how they could fix it and their price was very reasonable. Highly recommend them!

Jario and his team did a great job! We were looking to spray the inside of our metal auto garage so we can detail cars throughout the winter. sono spray foam did an excellent job insulating my crawlspace. they answered all of my questions and concerns before the install. they arrived on-time, put down protection on the floor and did a great job! i can already feel how warm the space is and they just finished! highly recommend!!
