Soot Slayer

I had Rick come out and relocate the chimney vent after I had a new gable cover addition. Unfortunately Rick had to make a few trips out to complete the job, every time he came out he was professional and explained the complexity of the job. He never charged for the extra trips out. After having to wait 6-8 weeks for parts and appointment, the job is complete and I am extremely happy!!!

Set appointment for within a few days of first contact. Detailed explanation of service. Reasonable price. Will use them again.

Came out to do an estimate on an install. Didn't even take pictures or look in the attic. Charged $113 and never contacted me again, not even with the estimate. They're crooks, don't use them. To many other reputable companies. They just want money, don't care about service.

I was concerned about the negative reviews but several people from my church recommended him. He was great! Super efficient and professional, didn't overcharge me/affordable service and came in the window he said he would.

The insulation part was pretty dirty and I thought needed to be replaced, he took it outside and shook it out. No extra charge (he could've tried to sell me a new one I didn't really need and I wouldn't have known the difference) the fact he didn't try to add on stuff tells me he's a legit guy. Will use them again for sure!!
