Can reiterate what everyone here says. Mitch and his team are the some of the best and most reliable HVAC guys I have found. We went with them for our full replacement system. They were reasonably priced and better communicators than the other companies we received quotes from.

Brian was amazing. Responsive, on time and did a great job. I was having trouble with a mini split. They came out there next day to troubleshoot it and got my A/C working again.

Mitch and his team deliver! I had a huge problem with our new construction and hvac - the unit was running all day and night. Mitch came in, took time and educated me on the basics and how the system works, taught me so much, went detective on me, and within 15 minutes figured out there was a hidden return vent mistakenly enclosed during the construction process. He opened it up and instantly the house cooled. He found a super simple fix to a problem that was costing me hundreds of extra dollars in power bills each month. I also hire these guys to service my mom’s hvac unit. I highly recommend them!

Mitch and Daniel are absolutely terrific and I highly recommend them! Our AC went out and Daniel was at the house within 48 hours. We booked the install of the new AC a few days later. They texted several times with the expected arrival time - showed up on time and finished ahead of schedule. You won't see a website for Sosebee because they only operate by word of mouth. This helps a lot in keeping costs down, which, if you compare to big commercial outfits, is a tremendous savings. And you get a much more personal experience.

I can't say enough about how great these guys are. Firstly, Brian was unbelievably knowledgeable when he identified the problem with my old system and provided several options for a solution. Ultimately, I decided to replace the outdoor condenser unit and the inside evaporator coil. Brian, Johnnie, and another crew member showed up right on time for our appointment a few days later. The layout of my house provide multiple challenges for the crew to install the system, but they were able to easily work around them to get the job done. On the way out, they reminded me to register my new system to get an additional 5 year parts warranty on top of the default 5 year manufacturer warranty for system they installed.
