I don’t like their attitude everybody works there are very rude no respect no body have smiles you go there you got negative energy they treat their customers like trash the only thing people go there to buy plumbing and Heating parts because they have quantity if I have another option I would never step on there Door if there is less than 0 stars I would give them

Worst service I ever experienced with this company Never again would I go back to this store even if they are giving away free items Would not recommend anyone to this store.

This business is very unprofessional. I bought a water heater on a Friday for delivery according to their web site and they advised they don’t deliver. So the maintenance guy stated I will pick it up on Monday they advised it’s okay. My Maintenance guy arrived on Monday and they advised that they sold the water heater on Sunday that I bought the Friday before. In addition they advised the maintenance guy he has to travel maspeth to pick up another one. Which I think they should go get it and bring it to location, which willing to pick up in couple hours they said no. Mind you they sold the water heater which I bought. They did not even offer any compensation for their mistake. A delivery truck happened to arrive when my maintenance guy was there and he was able to substitute it with
