Soul-utions Plumbing was contracted by my home warranty company to replace my water heater. The technician was nice enough and appeared to be knowledgeable. He collected the service fee and sent the diagnosis to the warranty company. This was a Tuesday. Received a notification from the warranty company that there would be $973.00 in modifications fees to replace a 40-gallon gas water heater. I asked him to help me understand why it was going to be so much. He listed a few parts he needed to replace (all under 50.00 so at a minimum it would have been 200-300 dollars) so I am still questioning why the $973.00. The water heater was ready for pick up on Thursday but he didn’t go get it until Monday when he came back out to install. I again had him show me what he was replacing and let him

Four years ago, we needed our sink disposal fixed, & were fortunate to have Christian, from Soul-utions come to repair it. He was very kind, professional, & got the job done in an efficient manner. Now we had a damaged water pipe that had leaked into our living room from using the outside hose. This time, Cole came to fix the problem. He also took the time to explain what he was doing, in a polite, professional manner. And he made a point of cleaning up any debris as well. He got the job done, without wasting time.
