We requested a follow-up after a month because it wasn’t clear if the nest was completely gone, and scheduling both the initial and follow-up service was not difficult at all. Sound Pest Management has been servicing my house for years, and I have nothing but great things to say about them. I originally called them because I spotted insulation pulled out of the wall on the exterior of my house, and they came out and put out things for mice and advised me on plugging a few holes and other areas of improvement to help with mice. They've been coming every other month since for a checkup and pest control. They're friendly, knowledgable, and passionate about their craft.
