Get ready for a company that doesn't respond during an actual emergency. We had an actual false alarm for hours in the middle of the night. We tried to call this firm, but they just had an uninformed call service center on duty. Once an actual employee was reached, they refused to give us the code to turn off the alarm and had us wait for hours while someone arrived to work and then drove to our location. Unbelievably bad service for when it really matters.
