Amazing experience ! Husband and I booked a pottery class with Mia. She was such a great instructor ! With all her great tips , we were able to create a few pieces! The studio offers more creative classes like painting and stained glass as well! Was a very fun experience! Can’t wait to go back and glaze our bowls. Wonderful time and will recommend to everyone. I recently worked with Sara, Kim and team on a leadership offsite event focused on the elements of dignity and touch. Their attention to detail, creativity, and commitment to making our event meaningful were evident in every aspect and carried out with such pride, grace, and passion. Our leaders had the opportunity to explore glasswork and participate in hands-on pottery. The studio itself is both organized and whimsical, with walls filled with art, color, and memories that inspire connection and creativity. I took a stained glass class here and really enjoyed it. Instructions were clear and she was able to answer all of my questions. The class was small and friendly, it felt personal which I loved. I was happy with what I made and definitely will be back. I think the cost was affordable for the amount of time we were there and the quality of the lesson, would highly recommend this gem of a studio!

I arranged for my family to do a glass project together a few months back, at South Bay Artist Studio. There were 10 of us -- including my niece and nephew -- ages 8 and 6. Sara and her staff were very friendly and helpful and helped us each create our own unique custom piece of art. It was a fun bonding experience that our group thoroughly enjoyed...especially the kids. And, it was fun to meet Libby who is so sweet. ❤

I came here for the very first time with 14 other friends--it was for a birthday, and we all got to do handbuilding and used the pottery wheel. It was 15 total guests, which I feel is quite a lot of people to try to wrangle and teach. But the folks at South Bay Artist Studio were incredibly kind, patient, and attentive! I had a blast here, and made some great memories with some cool folks. This is an awesome spot for a little birthday get-together, and I'm glad my friend booked with this studio!
