We just had our house painted by South Bay Painting. It was a neglected mess. Painting flaking, bare exposed wood, termite damage. Frank Rives assessed the situation and replaced wood where needed and saved questionable woo if it could be saved. He also worked with our color choice to get it just right shade. Joel is very professional and will connect with you promptly and has a lot of patience if you want to make changes. I talked to him regularly and he listened to what I requested.
