I don't know whether these people are incompetent or just lazy, but half the time their payment system doesn't work and they tack on all sorts of auto-pay fees. Absolutely predatory! PSC needs to come down on these people in full force!

These guys respond to emergencies FAST. A leak appeared in the sewer line under our sidewalk and less than an hour after being called in there was a full crew fixing it. New line, new flush out valve, and a new sidewalk section, all in about two hours. They've also helped my family diagnose a sewer clog beyond the city's responsibility, saving us an expensive call to a plumber. And I've heard from our neighbors that this is standard procedure for them. South Charlestonians are lucky to have the city services we do, and these guys are a top reason why.

I had received a bill under 200.00 and so I had called to inform them that I were 8 months pregnant and placed on bed rest and unable to pay the bill at the moment . The representative told me it was okay, that I could pay it at anytime when I can. I also requested confirmation or if she could notate my account regarding our conversation and agreement, she replied, stating that she did notate my account and to call back to make payments or I could pay in person . Charges multiple late fees despite being at fault misplacing our checks. Predatory company.

Not once have I had an issue with this place unlike the water company when you have a line bust as soon as I got it fixed it was taken care of on there end.
