I can’t speak highly enough of South Chicago Insulation ( Gasca Brothers) the entire experience from the moment Joe Gasca walked in was fantastic !! Joe was friendly and knowledgeable, he took the time to explain and actually point out a few things we weren’t aware of, that was needed. (the other company failed to tell us) Joe also addressed all my questions that I was concerned with- I felt very confident in my decision having them continue with the work. We will be using South Chicago Insulation again ( roof and spray foam in another location ) I would HIGHLY recommend this company ! New Lenox, IL. Had Bob and his crew come out and spray foam the exterior front wall of my home in the attic space above my front porch. The 2 bedrooms on the second floor were colder than the rest of the upstairs and the floors were freezing cold. The second floor joists overhang the first floor a bit and the cold air just radiated thru the joist spaces. Once the spray foam was done the 2 bedrooms are much more comfortable.

The crew did a fantastic job. Work included cleaning out a mess of old insulation and spray foaming the attic roof. Lots of tight places that they took care of. Attic temp feels much more stable now. Looking forward to a cozy winter thanks to the new spray foam insulation.

Joe came out for an insulation estimate for a cold room in our house. As he assessed the reasons, he discovered there were “valves” in the ductwork leading to the bedroom that were partially closed. He opened them and the power of the air reaching the room instantly increased. I recommend this honest company that solved our problem for free.

Had a great experience speaking with Bob at South Chicago Insulation. Super professional, straightforward, and genuinely helpful. Took the time to answer my questions clearly and didn’t rush the conversation. If you want to work with someone who communicates well and seems to really know the insulation space, I’d recommend them.
