This company Is extremely professional talented And has excellent employees!! I received a quote we made a reservation for them to come and paint they came on time. They finished in plenty of time. Their staff were unbelievable.!! Kind, compassionate Extremely talented and very professional! The way they Interacted with the condo owners was nothing short of fantastic keeping everybody abreast of time frames for painting floors, walls Ceilings railings so that the owners were able to get in or out of their apartments!! My condo recently contracted South Coast to paint our complex. During the power washing of the building, a small accident happened where my ring doorbell was damaged. I called South Coast later that day and they went out of their way to investigate what happened and to see what they could do for me on their end. I am so pleased to say that South Coast immediately ordered me a replacement Ring doorbell. I would like to thank them for all their help with this and for a great job their staff did painting our complex.

I am very surprised that there are any positive reviews of South Coast Painting and Waterproofing. This is the company that was hired by the HOA at Island Breeze in Deerfield Beach. First, residents were asked to remove furniture off of their balconies. This needed to be done in one day. Then, the company rented a boom that did not reach the balconies. They failed to notify the residents or the HOA that they would not be working on the balconies until the end of the project because of this mistake. After several weeks, had I not questioned this and brought the issue to the president of the HOA, multiple residents would have gone at least six months without the use of their living rooms as South Coast did not notify anyone they miscalculated and needed a 100 foot boom instead of the sixt

BEWARE‼️‼️‼️‼️Awful company and workmanship. They don't take any responsibility for anything!! They did a lousy paint job that peels everywhere and are blaming it on the roof which is not the case since I had roofers and contractors that all said the same thing: they didn’t use a primer so the paint peeled away. I am not surprised that there aren’t any good reviews. PEOPLE, save your money and time and definitely go elsewhere.
