What a scam! Worst app EVER! I parked for 1:55 minutes so I should have paid $2.00. See picture. It showed I paid but then I ended up paying “event parking” price of $25. What a joke. Do not park here if at all possible. I’d like to add a follow up. Just checked my bank account and I was charged the $2.00 (which it should have been) AND $25.00!! Ugh. I will be contesting the $25.00 with my bank.

The new system for paying for parking is horrible! I will be thinking twice about visiting here again. I got a "violation" because we did not have a smartphone with us. I went out of my way to try to pay right away, but they charged me $30 for a "violation" and threatened to tow our vehicle in the future if we didn't pay. I contacted the company and tried to make it right. They admitted their equipment was faulty, and only dropped the "fine" (really just a fake charge) by a small amount. I complained again by making it clear there was inadequate signage indicating a smartphone was required prior to parking there. They finally dropped the price to something reasonable. I don't know who decided this system was going to be better, but it is absolutely horrid. I enjoy the shops and venues at T

New parking system sucks. It gave me an error message when I thought I had properly set up payment and I came back to a ticket. They will tow you if you try and park again with an open ticket. Don't even bother honestly just go to city creek and walk or take the trax down to the gateway

I've been going to the Planetarium for a while now, so I often park at this garage, but the new system is utterly ridiculous. Hard to set up, and if you don't have a phone, what are you supposed to do? It has made the garage feel less secure as well. It's more of an honor system now which isn't very efficient.

South Garage is a safe garage to park your car. They have a guard walking around the garage feels very secure. When we went they had a free entry, not sure how much they usually charge. The garage is very clean and well maintained. It lid up and easy to see clearly.
