Multiple Calls never answers the phone left messages and haven't received a call back in over 2 weeks.

I've called three time in three different years and got no response? Must be friends & family looking put for each other in that office??

Finally people can pay water bill without a hassle , website user friendly.

First time I called, they didn't return my call. I called again, they transferred my call to Code, and they never called me back!!
