DO NOT PARK HERE!!!!! Got this message “Specific eTickets platform for this city is unfortunately unavailable at this time. Please reach the local service” There’s nobody there to help at the booth. You have to pay online. They charged my account 6x because this error message came up and I wasn’t sure if it was processing. Then they send a bill in the mail for $45.00 saying it was paid after I paid 6x the ticket price! Then they want to charge penalties and other charges. It’s a Reading parking authority scam.

I'm usually the concert DD, so I deal with this parking garage on the regular. I do not like the flow. You can REALLY feel the lack of coordination while you're waiting for half an hour to move an inch. And (I'm not exactly sure who's fault this is but I'm going to mention it anyways) there's a rail that runs between the arena and parking garage. I had to wait for like 20 MINUTES after the Staind/Seether show because a very long train was passing by. Unbelievable. And $15? I don't think that's really necessary to be honest. My first few times parking here I had issues with the web page and qr code stuff, but after I made an account and registered my car into the system it became very easy to just pay for it ahead of time so I don't have to worry about it.

Terrible event coordination with overpriced parking. Parking staff were awful at directing people and made other pull out and repark again, slowing down the whole lot. We have waited in our car for over 45 minutes and have not moved.

If you're gonna park here, be prepared to use your cell phone. No parking attendants to be seen, no machines to pay for parking, you have to download and use the app to pay, and you should estimate paying for 1 to 2 hours longer than you intend on staying. Don't get stuck in any type of traffic jam in the parking garage, even the ones you don't know about, because the parking authority will definitely send you a fine in the mail. Unless you have an extra $45 dollars to give to Reading, be careful.

This garage sucks a fat one. Do not park here for a sold out show at the santander arena. You cannot get out. 40 mins waiting and havent moved ONE CAR! Ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and park a few blocks away.
