Good experience. Needed my whole house rekeyed and several locks changed out. Using their web page didn't work, but calling to set up an appointment was quick and easy. Good communication with updates about when they'd arrive. John and John were very friendly and professional, and got the work done with no problems or issues. Highly recommend.

A+++. Had John & John come over to open a very old safe that probably hadn't been open in 50+ years (was present in house when bought several decades ago). They were extremely professional yet personal and did an outstanding job. If I had any other safes to open I absolutely use them again!

I would give 10 stars to this business if I could they were able to copy a key that others said could not be copied and unfortunately was no longer available to purchase from the original Safe Company. They were pleasant to work with and were honest and offered that service at what I would consider a very reasonable price

They just installed a new digital lock and rekeyed another lock. Extremely skilled people and high quality workmanship and service. If you live in the Media, Springfield, or Swarthmore area these are the go-to locksmiths!

The owner and his technician Joe could not have been nicer, more helpful, more knowledgeable or more “at your service.” Joe came for an emergency, let me know his timing in advance, and asked specific questions so he wouldn’t waste my time, arrived with the exact gear (for an old fashioned lock I thought for sure I would have to remove from my old door). He sorted the problem quickly and precisely. I wish everyone could do as great a job as these guys!!!!
