Wayne was the absolute best. Came over in the middle of the night to fix our A/C that had broken in our rental. Incredibly communicative and nice. He fixed the A/C but we still had an electrical issue and so Wayne got us an electrician to come by first thing in the morning to finish the job. He also brought over extra floor and window units to tide us over for the night because we told him we had two small children and he wanted to make sure everyone was comfortable (he knew there was a chance he wouldn’t have all the parts necessary to finish the A/C job at night and might need to finish in the morning). Can’t say enough positive about Wayne.

Wayne did great job, he was responsive and very helpful with every step of the process. Installed a heat pump system in our home quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend South Shore Climate Control. Becky Dudley
