If you are looking for a reliable go to contractor on Long Island look no further. We hired south shore installations to do a full replacement of our siding. Joe was reliable responsive and professional every step of the way. There was never a hesitation to answer any questions we had about the job. He was also very flexible to any changes and additional requests we had from start to finish. He personally oversaw the job and we could not have been happier with the quality and craftsmanship of the finished product. I would strongly recommend south shore installations to friends family and anyone looking for reliable professional craftsmanship!!

While the roof was installed mostly well, there has been a continuous leak around the skylight prior to 2022. I informed Joe, the owner. within 6 months of installation of the issue. Joe sent one of his men over to patch up the leak which did not work. Now I am told that I needed a new skylight. Well, Joe should have picked up on that when he did the estimate since I did tell him about the ongoing leak. Maybe if he had put in flashing properly, then the leak would have ceased. I feel that Joe took advantage of me and also of LIHP, since they gave a grant to me to have the issue taken care of. Probably would have taken him an hour to repair but now he wants to charge me for a new skylight instead of fixing the leak. He received almost $29,000 for this job. Very disappointed in this

Joe and his crew were excellent. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the artistry. He communicated every step of redoing the front of my home. He was on time, cleaned up at the end of each day. His workers were so kind and considerate. Joe and his crew were so easygoing and aimed to please their customers. They are all hardworking and dedicated to their work. I look forward to doing more projects with South Shore installation. Thank you, Joe and your crew.
