Great experience with South Shore Lock and Key. I lost one of my fobs and the spare was on its last legs. They came out within the hour and had a new fob ready for me very quickly. Fast, reliable service—highly recommend!

I've used South Shore lock and key a couple of times previously going back to two different occasions where my mother lost her Subaru key fob and everything has always been extremely quick, easy and professional. Pricing was less than I expected. I recently got a new/used 2018 Colorado work truck that came with only one key and no fob. I'm not comfortable having one key for a vehicle so I finally got around to making an appointment. Tommy was on time, kind of professional. He even took a quick look at a fire box that I bought and had immediately lost the keys before ever using it. Anyways, I got another key and fob as well. As someone that does service calls for a living I can't think of anything even remotely critical to say about this operation. Definitely my go-to at this point.

Troy and Josiah were awesome. I got an older used car a month ago (2010 car, so no smart key), and it only had one key. The ignition cylinder had also been changed, so the key I had didn't work on any of the door locks. I was out near the storefront location doing errands, so I stopped by to see if they could help me out. Troy met with me and talked through the issue. He didn't have the equipment he needed on hand when I had stopped by, so he asked me to come back in an hour or so when the mobile technician was back with the van. I went and did my other errands, and then stopped by on the way back. Josiah was quick and helpful.
