I can’t say enough good things about the team at S. Shore Mechanical. Everyone I worked with was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and on point with all of our needs. We had several major repairs, and they came out quickly, evaluated our PTAC units, and provided a detailed proposal the very same day. Their efficiency and expertise made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They are officially my go-to team moving forward for all of our Hilton Hotel needs. It was truly a pleasure working with them.

South Shore Mechanical installed a new heat pump/ac system a few years. Needless to say it was a great job. Based on that performance, we decided to join the family of customers and signed on to service contracts. The first visit was today and they delivered the same high quality service. I would recommend SSM to anyone.

Hats off to South Shore Mechanical and their excellent tech Bruno. He arrived early, scoped out the problem with my heat pump system, and quickly and efficiently got it all straightened out. This was a good lesson for me to make sure to schedule annual maintenance visits.

Will was fantastic, knew exactly what I needed. answered all my questions quickly, kept me informed and made sure i was involved in any decision making. Will even brought in heaters so we wouldn't get cold when the heat was off. He is all about customer comfort and satisfaction. Bruno and the crew were wonderful. trustworthy, polite, respectful. Bruno is a genius. Jessica needs to clone herself. She's what every company needs, friendly, eager to help, makes things as easy as possible and is efficient and professional. The whole process was efficient, stressless, and didn't interfere with my life at all. I'm very happy with my new system. Also, they are VERY neat. Everything was completely cleaned and organized.
