The technician who came to our home was professional and very knowledgeable about septic system operation and maintenance. She answered all my questions before doing the filter cleaning and pumping out our first tank. The service charge was reasonable and saved us a potential clog (which she showed me) and backup into the house- which would have cost much more. A take away was having 2 people in home can cause issues with bacterial decomposition due to lower volume.

Always a good experience with South West Septic. They are very responsive, know their business well, are very careful accessing your property (especially with tight corners and low gates) and know exactly where to go to access tanks every five years(until it went out of the family recently after four generations, they serviced our ranch property with five widely spread septic tanks with dodgy drain fields put in by us before codes)
