Southeast Connections

They come to my daughters home and threaten to take out the gas wall unit and lines. Currently my daughter is in Florida but will be back to her home in June 2023. She will use gas then. Apparently they do not understand that when the military leave their home they will be coming back and they should not be screwed by having to put in a entire new unit or any lines. The wall connection is hurting nothing by being there. It doesn't need to be touched and there is nothing wrong with it. I feel sure that this company must have better things to do beside trying to charge a military personnel by either taking out the gas wall unit or leaving it on the wall where it has been or by charging them for it to sit there not in use. Just WOW! Shame on you for not appreciating your military personnel.

This company's professionalism at the supervisory level is abysmal. They accused my wife of trying to defraud them for concrete repairs after doing some work. The section is small and it wouldn't have been a problem if they had been up front and said they won't compensate for the damage due to whatever policy. Instead they give a three month runaround before a particularly condescending individual makes these accusations. I understand zero trust for both customers and service providers, but the gaslighting and insulting responses are deplorable. It is the time wasted and lack of being straightforward that is my primary complaint.
