Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair

Jeremy was outstanding. He is a knowledgable young gentleman, with a lot of common sense. My 87yo Mother had been stressed ever since she had the crawlspace encapsulated, the doors that were put on were so much smaller than her previous doors, in fact Orkin, who is her bug inspection company, had been refusing to honor her contract, she has been “grandfathered” in to a extremely small annually price and they were only offering to replace the doors at $500 her cost, so they could continue her contract. Southeastern was stating its their “standard” size doors. Jeremy came for her annual visit and suggested he make the doors easy to remove and replace so that Orkin could make entry each year, and that her contract with Orkin could continue. He suggested that we call Orkin while he was onsite

On 28 Jan 2026 my annual crawlspace maintenance service was completed by Daniel P. He was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable and walked me through the maintenance of my moisture control unit and Sump Pump. During the process he discovered a leak in the pipe joint above the unit which he promptly glued and rechecked to ensure the glue worked. He also walked and checked the complete run of piping for other leaks. He flushed the pump tank and cleared all the caked on mud and debris. He also checked the flooring for rips and tears and asked if I had any other concerns with the barrier. He provided an excellent service experience and addressed the couple of concerns I had. Finding the pipe leak was great, I had been trying to find the source where that water was occasionally coming

Excellent customer service from the team in the phone to the installation team. The ugly driveway cracks and the crack on the porch are cleaned out & sealed. The installation team provided a complete summary of everything they did and reminded us of the five year warranty and encouraged us to call if we had any questions or issues.

Daniel Parsons did a great job. He called ahead of the appointment to let us know his arrival time. He asked if we had any issues since our last maintenance. Daniel made several recommendations to improve water management in our crawlspace. He cleaned the sump pump well as there was sand and dirt that had flowed into the well. Daniel left the area clean and was polite. We will look to have further work done to improve water management in the crawlspace. The previous homeowners did not address the issue properly.
