This was my first experience with Southeast Grills. From the first phone contact Jason he was courteous, professional and you immediately felt that he would whatever was necessary to address our grill issues. He initially came to assess the grill and provided a firm quote to repair the grill unit. Once Jason arrived to perform the work he was on time, he kept me updated throughout the process and explained what else needed to be done to fix the grill. He provided some additional maintenance tips to ensure that we would have a problem free grilling season. I had such a great experience with Jason from Southeast Grills! I purchased a 26-inch propane built-in gas grill online and had tried installing it myself with different cables, but it just wasn’t working out. Jason went above and beyond to help me. First off, he responded to me on Labor Day, which I really appreciated, and was very flexible in coordinating a time to come by. He arrived right on time and got right to work. Jason modified where the gas line was coming out of my barbecue, added an extension, pre-sealed everything, and made sure all connections were solid. He even took the time to take apart the grill, show me the different components, and walk me through how to use everything safely and comfortably.
