Southeast Iowa Elite Plumbing

Just wanting to share my recent experience with Elite Plumbing, Ottumwa, Ia. Ive used them two other times, and issue was resolved, but it wasnt this same plumber, i was told he was no longer working for them( and thats too bad, because he did a great job). Had one of their plumbers come to clean out roots. No only one, but two of them showed up this time. I told them where the outside outlet was, as well as where to get access to where they needed to snake the roots. Both plumbers got equipment out, and were loading it back up in no more than five minutes. One plumbers comes in house, I questioned if he actually snaked it. I said that was like 5 minutes! He proceeded to say "that part of the problem, the other plumber took too long". "He is no longer with us". Plumber says if I have any

Called and set up appointment next day to have kitchen faucet installed. Zack came and looked at situation made decisions with us. Left to get faucet, returned and installed. Very knowledgeable on replacement of old faucet. It was real bad and had to be demolished to put in new one. Super job....

Have had problems with toilet. Daughter called 2 or 3 other companies and left messages never got any return calls. Called Elite this morning and spoke with them. They came less than an hour after getting the call and had the problem resolved in less than 30 minutes. Fast, reliable and reasonable.

Great service! They stand behind their service and product. Their master plumber Kenny is very respectful and great with answering your questions. He has the best attitude and will go above and beyond to help you out. I would say 100% to give them a chance to earn your business. You will be very happy you did.

We trenched through some un-marked private utilities at a customer's house. We called 6-7 plumbing companies around Ottumwa and these guys were the only ones to call back. The got the parts they needed, fixed it fast and even backfilled the hole for us. Highly recommend!
