Joe was great called me back for an emergency and sent a person over in 45 min. The fix didn’t work and he came back from vacation a day early to check it out. Granted, we were without water for a couple days, but he came in and fixed the valve and said that we did not need a well pump. That honesty was pure gold. Joe mentioned if I want to have it replaced sooner he would be happy to help. Having a good plumber is something everyone should have access to. Plumbers are not cheap, but good ones are worth every penny.

I have dealt with many, many, many electricians, plumbers and construction professionals over numerous years. This company provided the worst service I ever experienced and was INCREDIBLY overpriced. Joe the owner was gruff and rude when I asked him any questions regarding the progress of his work. I requested a simple replacement of two faucets, one in a bathroom and one in a kitchen. I requested that the shower faucet and shower head be replaced as well. All the needed replacement fixtures were purchased by me beforehand. I was told that in order to replace the shower faucet there would need to be minor sheet-rock work in opening a small area behind the shower wall. I declined to have that done. 5 stars! Joe and his team totally saved me from a Labor Day weekend disaster. Friday night of LDW our well abruptly stopped working. We had family over already and more on the way. After frantically calling around, Joe answered and said he could be there within the hour. He came out, immediately diagnosed the issue with the pump, and came back early the next morning to fix it. Less than 24 hours after our water went out, we had it back! Reasonable prices especially considering the holiday weekend and early Saturday call. Our in-laws arrived hours later, none the wiser. Kind, professional, will certainly be calling again if we ever encounter another well issue. Thank you Joe!!!

I am new to the area and had no idea who to call regarding a well tank issue. Southeast Plumbing had done work on our house with the previous owner so I took a chance and called. Joe was professional, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and on time. He came right away and accurately assessed the problem. I will absolutely use them again.

I called Joe at Southeast Plumbing based on his stellar reviews. He quickly returned my call and set up for a Tuesday morning service call. He called on Monday and said he got caught up on another job and wouldn’t be there till Tuesday afternoon. (Which was absolutely fine) but then he never came or called back or returned multiple calls. I understand things happen and you need to shuffle your schedule, but the fact that he never returned my calls and left me hanging for four more days was very unprofessional. I would never recommend this company based on my experience.
