Patience. That was the one thing my wife and I struggled with the most while being displaced from our home for almost three years. From an over saturated oak tree with its root base above ground, to hurricane Helene and moving from one rental to the next. To top it off, every so many months, we would end up with a new claims adjuster who had to start from the beginning to see where their predecessor left off. Southeast Restoration was amazing helping me through whole process of getting my mother’s home repaired from hurricane Hellene. Not only did they manage the whole repair process but they worked with my insurance company to make sure they covered ALL expenses. This was amazing as the insurance company only wanted to pay out 34k and be done. Southeast dealt with them because I do not understand the insurance process and actual repairs came up to over 100k.
