Rick was the absolute best! I hired T&T initially and they wanted to jack hammer my floor, thinking I had a slab leak. I asked Rick to come by and he found the leak in my WALL and had us repaired with water back on in a couple of hours. Thank God I called him instead of listening to the kid from T&T. They would have destoyed our floor, only to find that the leak wasn't there. Rick with Southeastern saved us tons of money, headache and time!

I had a high useage water bill indicating a leak. Wasted time and money with Thompson & Thompson. They attempted to solve nothing. I called Rick and after checking the situation, Rick located the leak on the main line entering home. Rick and Tara fixed the leaking pipe quickly & efficiently. I won't hesitate to call Rick again. If you are looking for a excellent experienced plummer, this is the company for you! I don't know a lick about plumbing or the right terms and I was trying to explain my problem wasn't doing a good job at it but Rick came looked at my problem and went got the part and my problem was fixed! Didn't take long at all, they were on time, the price was good and they were professional, I will be calling Rick for all my plumbing needs from now on, highly recommend this company!!!!! Rick , came out and checked to see what the issue was with my drain issue made a assessment of what needed to be done , let me know what he was going to do first and in a hour he fixed the issue that Thompson and Thompson couldn't fix in 3 days. The price for service was fair for the work done. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, I would recommend him and his company to all my friends or anyone who needs the service and wants it done right.

Had a water leak at the meter, thought it was going to be a big problem because the pipe was under the sidewalk, but Rick came up with a game plan. Fixed the leak in a hour and half time. Awesome quality work. Highly recommend him.
