I saw this awesome railing online while trying to find a railing for my front step. I went to them to ask about it and was impressed with the responsiveness of Jill and James. They responded to every question (good or bad) and answered them promptly. They took all of the measurements I provided them and they built this incredible step railing. It was easy to install and is extremely sturdy. We liked the one so much, we bought a second one to match!! Awesome customer service and workmanship.

I just wanted to share how wonderful my door is.The door is beyond me and my wife expectation. There is not enough words to describe how terrific my door is. I must compliment Southeastern Ornamental Iron Co on their hard work and dedication despite the pandemic, I was still able to receive my door. My hats goes off to the entire staff especially Matt the shop foreman.

We bought a house with a gate installed by this company and it unfortunately broke after moving in. It has been 6 months of calling this company constantly with no one ever showing up to fix the gate. Matt promises he will be there at 7am, we cancel work, set alarms on the weekend, 7am comes and he’s a no show/no call. He texts us saying something came up will be there the next day (repeat this cycle endlessly). I swear this is a money laundering business because something very sketchy is going on and Matt has an excuses every time. We are begging to get our gate fixed and it’s practically impossible. I have called this company 40+ times and scheduled multiple visit to get things fixed. Matt promises he will be here Monday (LOL). Reporting this company to the authorities and the BBB becaus

Do not bother using this company!. They hsve the worst customer service. We've been having problems with our iron door for years and they continuously ghost us and never call back. The receptionist named Erica states that the owner probably won't call back because he has a lot of problems in his life. How bizarre is this?
