My Builder contracted SouthEnd to install the siding on my home. Boards starting falling off the house and others started cracking and coming loose. The Builder takes no blame for it so I contacted SouthEnd after having 4 licensed siding contractors come out and tell me that the wrong nails were used when the siding was installed. I contacted SouthEnd to see if they would stand by their work. Of course, they said the Builder would need to open a ticket for them to come out and the Builder basically said it's not their problem. No one is taking responsibility for the work. They are the ones who installed it improperly and now I'm getting estimates of over $10,000 for one side of my house. After initially responding to my emails, they have since ignored me and refuse to even come out and ass

Good luck getting someone to return your call, I have an owner whos BRAND NEW ROOF already needed work done. The insurance company even cancelled their insurance policy because they refused to send a completed work order over. I have texted, and called and left messages and no reply. GOOD LUCK.

Kevin from Southend Exteriors and his crew came out to fix some roofing issues for me and was so respectful. really listened to me, and fixed all the issues I was having due to my storm. Very trustworthy and kind, which sadly isn’t often the norm these days and was refreshing and a relief!

Mr. Carroll is a pleasure to work with. Communicates well and does a great job explaining what is going on in the process. Definitely recommend.

I didn't hire this Company, they were hired by Essex Homes whom we purchased house from in September of 2019. The beginning of November 2020 I woke up to a large cement board that they used on the porch ceiling which fell down because of very little nails holding it up. The other cement board on the other side of fan was ready to fall also so my husband was able to remove it. I contacted the builder(Essex Homes) but they refused to do anything because we were seven weeks over the warranty. I am extremely thankful that no one was seated where it fell. I have had neighbors over occasionally on porch as well as family in the past and my pets. Someone could have been extremely hurt. The builder said I could reach out to this Company but we had no confidence at this point in shoddy workm
