I can’t say enough great things about Southern 7 Development. I had this brilliant last minute idea that I needed some extra parking space in my yard for an upcoming event. I called Southern 7 and they were on site in no time. Mike went over my vision with me and executed it precisely. I will definitely have them on speed dial for my next project.

Very disappointed!!! Asked for #57 stone/gravel and was delivered limestone. Asked if there was anything to be done and of course they couldn’t help me. I was told I should have been more specific so they put the blame on me. Then I asked if they could dump it in two spots. That was too much trouble. The driver couldn't even dump the load and drive away to help spread it out. Honestly I’ve done business in this town for over 30 years and I would never recommend this company. They don’t know how to communicate with the customer about their product and their driver doesn’t know how to run a dump truck
