Alex came by our home today and performed a full assessment and service of our system. He took the time to explain everything and help me understand. As a member of the service industry as a plumber it was great to see someone care for his customers as much as he does. Thank you guys for great work. Will definitely recommend them

Bill and his team came in and accessed the situation. They reworked the configuration and put in new ductwork to reduce the change of mold and balance the airflow better. Thy were professional, courteous, and very reliable. Southern Air Pros will have my HVAC business from now on

Bill (the company’s owner) and Tanner came out for routine heating checkup. Bill kept us apprised that they would be slightly delayed because of a previous job and gave us the anticipated arrival time. Very impressive that both put on their booties at the front door to protect our carpets and hardwoods. They answered our questions, changed our filter, and told us we were good to go. Bill and his company always give us superb service. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable HVAC company and are enjoying the new system they installed for us over a year ago when our original unit croaked.

We had a problem with the outside unit during the night prompting us to call the office early in the morning. A same day service was scheduled and Bill asked two critical questions. From the answers, he was able to pin point the problem and fix it. Excellent service… Thank you

Pros: They came out on short notice to fix our clogged pipe on our unit in the attic. Cons: They’re the only company (out of 4 companies I called) that did NOT include their service fee (in this case, $98) INTO the cost of the repair(s). I spoke to 3 other companies who would include their service fee into the cost of the repair. So I ended up paying $314 Total. The $98 service fee IN ADDITION to $216, for the fellow to take 15 minutes to unclog a 1 inch pipe. Lastly, on his way out the door, he said “we offer a yearly maintenance plan for $260, which comes with 2 visits, and unclogging pipes like I just did, is included in those 2 inspections.” My response: “Oh great, thank you for letting me know! So instead of paying you $314 now, can I just pay $260 for a maintenance program for thi
