Unresponsive and dishonest when it comes to warranty repair work. Left me without air conditioning for 3 weeks before I went with a different company. They are only interested in collecting the money off of new installs and don't care about maintaining their existing customers. Go with someone else if you need a repair.

My Sister purchased a complete unit from this has had several issues with the unit. What good does a 10 year part's and Labor of the owner himself won't return a women that's 9 months prego calls. Most recently last week her ac went down and paid 200.00 to another company to repair. Would not do business with the company.

If you need A\C work done save your time call someone else. This person has no respect to follow up on the work he did ,Ricky. Called him five times, no return call. Save your money. This guy is a joke. !!!!

He arrived on time and was thorough. He and his assistant got the problem fixed and answered all of my questions.
