This was a wonderful experience! Main level of our beach house was completely refloored by a very professional crew. The tile floor throughout the main room was completely removed in preparation for the installation of our new laminate plank floor. Delivery of 12x12 area rug was a pleasant experience. The rug was purchased to go under a tempurpedic bed. That is a bulky and heavy piece of furniture. The installers did a good job of figuring out how to do it. They did not leave until all furniture was back in place (bed side tables, bench, bed). We are very happy with the rug, both as to size and color.

I was told by friends how stressful and messy it would be to have wood floors refinished. But John Kraft and his company made it easy and relatively stress-free. He explained the process and answered all of my questions. He was easy to get hold of when I had additional questions. My floors look amazing and my house was left relatively clean.
