Business responded to request & made contact within 20 minutes! Service tech / Owner was able to come same day to home for diagnosis! Tech explained, talked & was friendly! T-Lou was amazing with service. He was prompt and courteous. He fixed the issue in no time. We will definitely call on them again and refer him to everyone.
We've been using Southern Chill for a few years now, and I recommend them to anyone. T-Lou and his crew are always professional and friendly. Messages and calls are answered quickly. While nobody likes to hear a repair cost, they always let us know exactly what we're paying for.
Just when the temperatures plummeted, our heater went out. Our former repairman retired and directed us to Southern Chill. When I called they came out right away and diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, and came to install it as soon as it came in. When our heater stopped working again a few days later, I called and T-Lou came out. He found the issue and repaired it on the spot at no charge. I am very pleased with their responsiveness and their work is excellent. I will call T-Lou the next time I need repairs.
They were professional, thorough, and priced fair. Most importantly, they got my heater working great. I’ll definitely call them next time I need HVAC. 👍🏼
