Highly recommend them. We had a nasty clog in the main drain that was making the whole house smell, but the technician from Southern Coast Services cleared it out in no time. He was very thorough and made sure all the pipes were flowing perfectly before he packed up his gear. It was such a relief to finally have the water draining like it should without any more pooling. They really did a solid job for us.

We had a major pipe leak under the kitchen sink late on a Friday evening, and it was starting to flood the floor. I reached out to Southern Coast Services for their emergency plumbing help, and they sent someone out much faster than I expected. The plumber was very calm and explained what went wrong before getting straight to work on the repair. Everything is back to normal now, and the area is dry. I really appreciate how they handled the emergency with so much care and stayed focused until it was done.

The service person Chris is Very knowledgeable, polite and professional. The office on the other hand is not well run. Lenny who runs the office,( son’ of owner) needs some grooming. Needs to call his Dad when he can’t respond to why service man didn’t show up. The Dad who proudly professes that he wins all the lawsuits this company gets is quite nasty. When I asked why so many lawsuits, he replied “customers like you”. I did use profanity with one member of the staff bc they lied and I can’t tolerate liars. Some good company should hire away Chris. Too good for this circus act. They record all conversations. Guess bc they have so many lawsuits. Stay away

My AC died right in the middle of a heatwave, and I was honestly panicking because the house was getting so hot! I called for emergency help, and the technician arrived much faster than I expected. He was a total pro and found the issue with the unit in no time at all. It is such a relief to have the air blowing cold again, so I can actually sleep tonight. The service was fantastic, and the guy was really polite while explaining what went wrong. If you need quick AC repair, you should definitely call them!

We had a main water line that needed replacing after years of wear. The team dug carefully and replaced the damaged pipe. They checked the pressure before finishing up. After the repair, the water flow inside the house felt stronger than before. The yard was put back in place once the work was done.
