Got multiple proposals to replace my old AC Unit and all were competitive. I went with Southern Comfort because they gave me multiple brand options to choose from on top of the good reviews they have. I’m so glad I chose them. From Jilian at their office helping me with payment, scheduling, and warranty, to TJ and his helper performing the installation. They are all professionals. A very respectful and courteous team. When TJ and his helper entered my home. They noticed my wife and I didn’t have shoes on in the house so they made sure to remove their shoes when entering the house. A gesture my wife and I were not expecting and greatly appreciated. These type of little details and the extra steps taken when interacting with a customer is what differentiates a good company from a great one.
