Very pleased with the services we’ve received! Austin was our technician and he was excellent! Very kind, communicative, provided answers to all questions, and even took extra time to explain terminology. We received a thorough assessment of our HVAC and condenser unit. Austin let us know what he was doing along the way, and gave a detailed update at the end of his visit. We will request Austin every time as we trust him to provide an honest assessment.

Luke, Trevor, and David showed up for the appt on time. They removed my old 20+ year old system and installed the new system without leaving a mess. They cleaned up after themselves very well. They worked through occasional rain and when entering the home, they covered their feet with plastic to ensure they weren't tracking in any mud or dirt. They were polite and worked with positive attitudes. They were knowledgeable about the product when asked specific questions. I highly recommend this company, specifically the install team with Luke, Trevor, and David.

Southern Comfort installed my HVAC equipment when my home was built 6 years ago. I have used them to maintain said equipment on a yearly basis. They were quick to respond when I had an unexpected issue arise. Their employees have been courteous, professional and thorough. Had a bad defrost circuit board in my HVAC unit. Scheduled quickly over the phone and one of Southern Comfort's technicians, Austin, replaced it the same day the defrost board was available. Excellent service! Very Professional! Highly Recommend!
