My family has had great service over many years with these folks - they have done an especially outstanding job for my mom, Karol, who says: I don't write a lot of reviews, but Southern Comfort Mechanical truly deserves one. As homeowners, we rely a lot on people we can trust. This company has taken care of my heating and cooling needs for years now, and they have more than earned my trust and respect. Wes has been my main contact and he is wonderful. I can't imagine ever trusting anyone else with my complicated system. Right before our dangerous winter storm last week, he actually contacted me ahead of time just to make sure I was prepared. Southern Comfort Mechanical installed my old heating/air conditioning unit 18 years ago, which finally gave out. They came today and installed another unit - the installers were friendly and very courteous and did not waste any time - they worked straight through until it was done. Tony, the salesperson, was great - he kept checking in and then came back to take photos and check to make sure the installation was done well. I highly recommend this company for any of your heating/air conditioning needs. They are professional at every stage of the process and the price was also very fair.

Josh was very helpful and kindly answered all my questions. He diagnosed the freon leak and laid out the repair option clearly. I loved that he wasn't pushy and respected my DIY abilities. He was very helpful and personable. When He left I felt like I had made a friend. That's what's it's all about in the service industry. Thank's again Josh for answering all my questions!

Wonderful experience with Brian. My tankless water heater stopped working He kept me informed of his ETA. He arrived on time. He answered all my questions and quickly diagnosed the problem. Repairing the water heater involved taking it apart which would have cost as much as replacement. He gave me an estimate for the repair and I will get other estimates. But based on my experience I’ll have Southern Comfort do the job if the plumber doesn’t do the repair under warranty.
