I do not recommend buying their Sugar Sand for a lawn leveling project! I purchased 15.5 tons delivered to do a lawn leveling project on my Bermuda Lawn. Don didn't have any masonry sand on the lot but described the Sugar Sand as sand with some clay in it but said he had a lot of landscaping customers purchase it for lawn leveling. I was splitting the order with my neighbors and due to pricing they favored purchasing the sugar sand over masonry sand from another company. I assumed the sand had significantly less clay in it than it does. Due to the amount of clay in the sand it wasn't easy to spread, not only was there large globs of clay (6-9") there's smaller pieces throughout that once spread, they dry & harden to a rock like structure.
