We called the day before which was Friday August 8th, 2025 that we will come to pick up our frame on Saturday August 9th, 2025 and the young lady assured us that would be ok. On Saturday the 9th, 2025 we attempted to call and got a voice message saying to your place of business was closed and to call back during normal business hours. We did a Google search for your business and on your sight it shows open 24 hours. It also list another phone number that is different from the number on our invoice but that number is no good. We also checked Google to see if items can be picked up on Saturday and the response came back yes that your place of business is open for pick up 24 hours. We chose this place based on a recommendation but sadly you did not deliver on customer service. Incorrect infor

Very nice staff all around, friendly and helpful. Truckers, its a tight fit but not impossible, if I did it with this behemoth so can you!

Truck drivers;Tight fit to dock tight turn around to get back out. Good ppl, off loaded in reasonable amount of time. No place to park here to do post paperwork and definitely no overnight parking. Plan accordingly.

I run the Hardware Store And I Enjoy working for this company. I enjoy helping and laughing with the customers. Aug 30, 2019 The Store will be closing for good. No relocation they're doing away with the Hardware Store and Extending the Door Company. I will Miss my customers very much. You will still find me there to stop by to visit. I will stay with the company. I will also be able to get bolts and fastners when requested. Thank you all for your kind words and coming to visit the store. I will greatly miss everyone and I will miss the job Iove doing.......✌
