I don’t usually leave bad reviews but definitely disappointed with seeing how my floors have turned out 3 years later after installation by Southern Elite. If you’re getting your floors done by them, my advice is to make sure they take up the bottom layer and don’t do a half assed job because you will suffer in the end. Now I have to get them redone and they of course reminded me of the 1-year warranty which was no longer valid. So please be mindful of that. As a first time homeowner I was naive and I won’t be again. Do your research, ask questions and get second opinions.

S.E.C. Inc completed the water damage repairs in my home with the utmost care. The repairs looked like there wasn't any damages at all. I want to thank Joey Peters and his team for their attention to detail quick turnaround.

Scott was amazing! He helped us navigate a nightmare is a situation (leak, insurance, repairs) and made it so easy. He gave us advice on what to do and how to handle insurance because this is something we’ve never had to do before. He was so easy to work with and made everything as seamless as possible. Would absolutely recommend Scott and southern elite to anybody!
