We had an outstanding experience with Southern Elite! They rebuilt the floor in our master bedroom literally from the ground up, and the entire process exceeded our expectations. Tommy, the project manager, was incredible. He stayed completely on top of every detail, offered thoughtful suggestions along the way, and consistently followed up to make sure everything was done right. He was hands-on from start to finish, which gave us so much confidence throughout the project. He showed up and said, “We can start next week!” I was thrilled, but since I couldn't start that soon, Tommy was more than willing to work around my schedule. Megan and Brandi at the office were incredibly helpful throughout the process, making everything run smoothly. The quality of the work performed by Tommy and Mr. Inmer was top-notch, definitely A+ quality! I couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommend
