There is overnight parking on a lot. There are 8 "different" businesses here all under Clayton homes each on has different numbers and names 944 and I believe 943 maybe are all the way at the end you turn right before the church behind Clayton homes. They dont start unloading at 944 till 8am you can pull around and get ready if you want early but they didn't start on me till 8am

RUN!!!!!! This place is the horrible! I purchased a brand new home, had upgrades 2x6 walls, Metal Roof, and received a total lemon. The roof has leaked from day 1, three different people came out to work on it, but never replaced the wet and molded drywall ceiling or light that shorted out from the all the water. The floors pop and creak, and are not level, the drywall has large uneven seams, front door won't close, so out of square there is no hope for it. There is only 1 year warranty, but actually there is 0% warranty, they will not fix anything, and what little they do is horrible patch work. The last roof repair was less than a 1 year ago, my house is just over 1 year old, they refused to do repair the roof, even though it has been less than 1 year ago they patched the roof. When I

Almost made a mistake of a lifetime! Thank goodness my husband and I viewed the home prior to the closing! Poor workmanship, looks like they threw it together with their eyes closed. It's unfortunate for the home buyer, that the employees get paid on commission, on the number of homes, throne together, in a short time! Hope things change, cause there is alot of potential, with a little more pride in production!

The workmanship is terrible the a/c is the cheapest model they dont match and it is installed upside down the wiring is loose and missing some pieces I can not believe they are still in business. I have never felt so used and abused they must of had the worst of the worst workers missing so much I even got the wrong home I ordered the Abigail and the roof should have A frame it is right across

My God Do expect someone to accept your workmanship I went to view my new home yesterday and was appalled by what was sent to the home center was a bad experience how could you guys ship a home of that quality is beyond me No oversight no pride I did not accept it sad day for me and the home center and Vanderbilt team shame on you guys I'm not a carpenter and do better work ? Just unbelievable you would expect someone to accept this !!!
