Greg came out at the scheduled time and was very pleasant to interact with. He did an excellent job getting some of our high traffic areas cleaned. We periodically clean the carpets ourselves but decided it was time to have a professional to get them looking like new again and we are not disappointed!
Greg did an amazing job on my couch, loveseat and two recliners. They look and smell great. I am VERY pleased. His prices are also very reasonable. So happy we went with Southern Floor Solutions. I will be a repeat customer.
Greg was professional and meticulous. He protected surfaces leading to cleaned areas and spent more time than previous carpet cleaners we have had. He removed a few old stains and the carpet looks much newer. Highly recommend!
Greg is great!! He was very professional and friendly. He did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets (and we had a lot!) and the tile in our bathrooms. They have never looked better! We will definitely be using him again!!!!
