I ended up not needing my roof repaired, so my review focuses mainly on Stephen’s communication and professionalism. I called many roofers, but only a small handful actually showed up to take a look. Stephen stood out because he was punctual, professional, and quite simply did exactly what he said he would do. His pricing is very fair, and he took the time to explain his material recommendations in great detail. Anytime I had a question, he was happy to answer and provided extra context to ensure I fully understood the process. I felt confident that he would do the job the right way—no shortcuts! My husband and I loved our experience with Andy and the Southern Guardian LLC crew. Andy did our FREE roof inspection and was able to have our roof completed the following week. The crew took less than 12 hours to remove and discard the old and add the new, and left the yard in cleaner shape than it was before they started. Highly recommend these guys!
