Technician comes to the house and states they need to order a regulator that costs $450. After repeated phone calls, and non-responsiveness, they finally say they will be in the area. The day comes a technician does not show, saying they have too many other appointments. Called a second technician from another company, replaced a thermocouple for $10 bucks, fireplace fixed.

I have set up an appointment with this company a year ago for them to come out to my home to give me a quote on a natural wood burning insert. They came out and got measurements but never called back with a quote or anything. Just got what they needed and left. My wife just called them again a month ago to see if they could redeem themselves from last year. She talked to the receptionist/office lady to try and set up another appointment to get another quote. They said they would contact us with an appointment in a few days. A week goes by and no word from anyone. So my wife contacted them again to remind them of this quote we are trying to get, mind you we are trying to give them the business, and the receptionist said she was sorry and she would get another lady to call us back to get eve
