I can’t say enough good things about Southern Heating and Air. Having your AC die while summer temps were approaching is stressful, but they made the repair process seamless. They were professional, prompt, and didn't try to overcharge us for the repair. It’s rare to find a company that shows this much genuine care for their clients.

Absolutely awful service. We bought brand new house and had issues with heat/AC unit within a month. Took them weeks to get to us. One week after their repair it broke again. Submitted claim and tried reaching them. Has been a month since they’ve had no contact with us. The building contractor even contacted them and told them about our issues and they still haven’t even bother to reach out. It is kind of outrageous. If you have an option, stay clear and away from these companies services.

This company is unprofessional, I can never get anyone to answer when I call and if they call back and you missed their call and try calling them back multiple times, they don't answer
